Maths pupils excel

St Henry's Marist College pupils did well in the Horizon Mathematics Competition.

HORIZON Mathematics Competition is an annual event which is open to learners from Grades 5, 6 and 7.

During March, 1200 pupils from KZN wrote the first round. Thirty-eight St Henry’s Marist College’s pupils were invited to participate in the second round. Eleven of these pupils achieved positions in the Top 200.
They were Akhilan Moodley (188th), Sourav Panalall (181th), Kallen Naidoo (180th), Amal Naidoo (145th), Dylan Raftery (139th), Kerwin Naidoo (111th), Yashkar Bhoda (102th), Mayilan Chetty (91th), Talia Samuel (50th), Jaedon Naidu (32th) and Jonathan Wimberley (25th).

Jaedon Naidu was the top Grade 5 pupil in KZN.
