OPEN Air School celebrated its 94th birthday and Valentine's Day at a special assembly at the school on Friday.
During the assembly pupils entertained with songs, dance and poetry.
Headmaster, Noel Moodley, said: “It's not often that a headmaster can say he leads a school that is 94 years old. Open Air School has inspired thousands of children over those years and continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of all those that have come into its loving arms. Through the dedication of staff and the passion of our learners the school truly grows on and on, as our school song says. I am very proud and look forward to our 100-year anniversary, which is going to be a big bash.”
He said the pupils sang John Legend's 'All of Me', which brought many to tears.
