THE MANCOSA Winter School Programme is offering free tuition to Grade 12 learners in June and July at venues in Chatsworth and central Durban.
Matric learners will benefit from pure mathematics and accounting lessons conducted by experienced tutors. The Winter School Programme in partnership with Geometrix Tuition and the Chatsworth Youth Centre, is a community outreach initiative aimed at preparing learners for the National Senior Certificate Examinations.
Tuition in mathematics will take place at MANCOSA on 26 Samora Machel Street (former Aliwal Street), Durban, on 27 June and 11 July. Two sessions will be conducted each day from 8am to 10am and 10.15am to 12.15pm.
Accounting lessons will be hosted on 6 and 18 July with two sessions per day taking place at 8am to 10am and 10.15am to 12.15pm.
The Chatsworth Youth Centre on RK Khan Circle will host mathematic tuitions from 8am to 10am on 6, 8, 10 and 14 July, while accounting lessons will be provided at 8am to 10am on 7, 9, 13 and 15 July.
