A CELEBRATION of the birthday of the Dalai Lama takes place on Saturday, 11 July at the Cane Growers Hall, DUT Campus, ML Sultan Road, Durban, at 4pm.
There will be an evening of song, dance and deep meditation. The popular film The Road to Peace will also be screened. This award wining film wonderfully reveals the nature and wisdom of the 14th Dalai Lama and candidly shows how he inspires millions of people around the world to live more meaningful and peaceful.

FAIRWAY Guest House on 118 Fairway Durban North, is hosting an Orchid and Rare Plant Fair on 18 July from 9am to 5pm.
The fair will include potting demonstrations taking place at 10am, 12pm and 2pm, as well as an orchid display by the Natal Orchid Society. In addition to orchids, there will also be stunning Staghorns, Bromeliads, Cycads, Bonsais, Tilliandsias to name a few.
