Sandpit provides hours of fun
Enviroshore Trade and Logistics donated a much-appreciated new sandpit to HOLAH in Glenmore.
HOLAH children are the proud owners of a new sandpit which was donated to the home by Enviroshore Trade and Logistics.
A delighted and very thankful Kim Brown and Leanne Lorrance, founders of the baby house, as well as the children accepted the kind donation from the staff who had visited the home on Mandela Day to do their 67 minutes community work. The staff left wanting to do something more to add value to the lives of the children at the home.
“We were so excited to receive this beautiful sandpit for our kiddies. We have wanted something like this for them to play in for a while, and they just love it! We have placed it outside the baby house lounge in the play area. They have already had hours of fun in it and it is great for their learning and sensory development. We hope Enviroshore know how much we appreciate this donation,” said Kim.
Enviroshore Trade and Logistics is a private company who supplies petroleum products to the KZN provincial Department of Health. It also gives back to the community by catering for the wellbeing of disadvantaged children and women in poverty-stricken areas.
