The annual PRO-AM golf tournament is in the Drakensberg this month.
THE Gooderson Group will once again be the sponsor and host of the PRO-AM Golf tournament supported by the Professional Golfers Association of South Africa on 11 and 12 February at the Gooderson Drakensberg Gardens Golf and Spa Resort in the Southern Drakensberg.
Golfers are encouraged to enjoy a weekend filled with entertainment and lasting memories while taking on the 18-hole golf course, set on a scenic 860 acre World Heritage site.
With this annual event being a highlight on the calendar of many a golfer, pros can expect a prize money guaranteed at R25 000 (paid out per the PGA Official Prize Money breakdown) as well as team prizes for the Top 5 fourball alliance teams.
Registration for golfers of all handicaps is on Friday, 10 February at 6pm at the hotel and tee off is on Saturday, 11 February from 10am and Sunday, 12 February from 7.45am.
Take your local Pro and three amateur mates, don your golf attire and polish those clubs in readiness to Par, Bogey, Birdie, Eagle and Albatross your way to the 18th hole.
