Horticulturist speaks of a walk to remember

BotSoc presents an illustrated presentation by Alison Young entitled Hiking the Richtersveld.

THE Botanical Society of South Africa KZN Coastal Branch presents an illustrated presentation by Alison Young entitled Hiking the Richtersveld on Monday, 27 November at Durban Botanic Gardens Visitors Centre at 5.30pm for 6pm.

Young, a horticulturist at the School of Life Sciences, will speak about an exhibition in late 2016 where 20 botanists went on a four-day hike with the resident ecologist through the mountains of the Venstervalle, a walk to remember.

All welcome. Entrance, including tea, is R30 for members of BotSoc, R40 for visitors and R20 for students with cards R20. Pay at the door.
