Durban CBD shooting leaves four critically injured

The Durban CBD shop owner was rushed to hospital, while three others were treated on scene by paramedics after the alleged robbery.

A suspected armed robbery on Dr Goonam Street has left two alleged suspects, a shop owner, and one civilian critically injured this evening (October 1).

“Its reported that there was an alleged robbery that occured. ALS Paramedics are still in attendance treating the injured. No fatalities reported,” said Garrith Jamieson, ALS spokesperson.

Durban SAPS and Durban Metro SAPS were in attendance. Police are investigating further.
