Cancer patients enjoy pampering
The women were treated to manicures, massages, integrated therapies.
THE Al Ansaar Cancer Support Group held its annual Pamper Day on Saturday at the Al Ansaar Hall on 189 West Road, Overport. Therapists, make up artists and alternate healing practitioners volunteered their services and pampered cancer patients and caregivers.
The women were treated to manicures, massages, integrated therapies as well as make up and henna application. A light breakfast was served before their pamper and therapists session.
“We would like to thank all volunteers who gave of their time as well as all our sponsors for helping us make Pamper Day an outstanding success. Our next support meeting will be held on the 21 July,” said the group’s Luthfia Kajee.
