Witness the way of the cross
The Durban Catholic Players’ Guild will present the Way of the Cross at Mariannhill Monastery on Palm Sunday.
TO prepare for Easter celebrations, Christians traditionally meditate on the events leading up to the resurrection by praying the “Way of the Cross,” also called “The Stations of the Cross.”
The Durban Catholic Players’ Guild will present the Way of the Cross at Mariannhill Monastery on Palm Sunday, 14 April at 3pm.
This production enacts the events from the time Jesus was condemned by Pilate until he died and was buried.
Entrance is free. Proceed to the Monastery church behind the tea garden.
Everyone is welcome to join in this presentation of Christ’s journey with the cross.
