Attend open forum at DUT
DUT will confront gender-based violence and promote women’s leadership.

AN open forum at DUT on Thursday, 12 September, will engage students, staff and community in expressing their commitment to ending gender-based violence both on campus and beyond.
The event, which runs from 12pm to 2pm at the Canegrowers Hall, ML Sultan campus, is open to the public.
A further event on Thursday, 19 September will celebrate the heritage of women’s leadership and connect the stories of older and younger women who have taken on apartheid, poverty and gender-based violence. This will be at the Hotel School, Ritson Campus, from 11am to 2pm, and will conclude with refreshments.
