Mammogram centre makes hefty donation to NPOs
Donations of R83 000 each were given to Reach for Recovery and The Highway Hospice.
LAKE, Smit & Partners’ breast cancer awareness month donation is an annual event, now in its 9th year.
The event was held recently at the Just for Women Digital Mammography Centre. There was a cheque handover to two non-profit organisations, Reach for Recovery and The Highway Hospice. Each year, a percentage of all mammograms performed during the month of October are set aside for this specific donation.

These two organisations were the recipients of donations amounting to R83 000 respectively.
