World Restart a Heart Day was celebrated all around the world, and St John Durban held various demonstrations around Durban.

ST John Durban celebrated World Restart a Heart (WRAH) on 16 October, in support of a global initiative to increase awareness about the importance of bystander CPR and to also increase actual bystander CPR rates worldwide.

St John Durban held various demonstrations around Durban to create the awareness of both CPR and St John Durban’s services, such as training and its eye clinic.

The day started off at Circus Circus Beach Café, North Beach, and moved on to Joe Cools, North Beach, Musgrave Centre, Durban Girls’ High School, finishing the day at Hollywoodbets Gold Circle Greyville Racecourse.
