Motorists urged to be aware of trench

The Municipality’s Electricity Department dug the trench across the road two months ago.

MOTORISTS are urged to be aware of a trench across JB Marks (Chelmsford) Road, adjacent to Meyrick Bennett Park, which has become a dangerous, long pothole as a result of the rains, which could damage many cars, wheels and tyres.

The Municipality’s Electricity Department dug the trench across the road two months ago, however restoration process has not happened.

Councillor Mmabatho Tembe said it has been reported to Engineering, and she hopes it will be addressed soon.
