A WOMAN faced the barrel of a gun as four robbers accosted her on the corner of Joe Slovo and Denis Hurley streets in central Durban on Monday, June 6.
Spokesperson for Durban Central SAPS, Captain Muzi Maphumulo, said the woman was walking on the street at about 19:45 when four men approached her and stole her Samsung cellphone and R1 000.
“The Durban Central crime-prevention members swiftly responded to a robbery complaint after the complainant supplied them with a description of the vehicle that was used by the four suspects,” said Maphumulo.
