A message from the teachings of Pope Francis

Sr Lorraine Akal of Nazareth House Old Age Home invites the public to visit and see the work that the sisters do at Home.

EDITOR- Sister Lorraine Theresa Akal from Nazareth House Old Age Home, 82 Mazisi Kunene Road, says Religious Life is more relevant in today’s world, as the need to care for the less fortunate in society is great.

Established in 1895, the Nazareth Sisters are still caring for the aged and the sick. This dedication is enriched by their love of God and His people. As this year 2015 is the Year of Consecrated Life in the Archdiocese of Durban, Sister thanks God for the past years at Nazareth House, and says the Sisters work is still alive and active

The future of Religious Life is in the hands of Our Lord – remember Jesus works – the harvest is great – the laborers are few.

Come and visit us, we invite you to come and see.
