EDITOR – Firstly, I want to say the Windermere Shopping Centre is looking great – I’m very impressed with all the renovations! They look amazing, and it’s a way more pleasant centre to shop in now!
Secondly and most importantly, I really wanted to take the time to say a big well done to the centre, as I am blown away by the amazing car guards/security at the Windermere Centre! Yesterday I parked in the underground parking and when I got out my car my iPhone dropped onto the floor near my car without me knowing.
I went inside to shop and realising I didn’t have my phone I returned to my car to look for it but it wasn’t in my car. The guard then asked if I was looking for my phone and I said yes. He then informed me that he had taken it to the security office and it would be returned to me shortly. Well five mins later I had my phone back! This honesty is unbelievable – I could have been without a phone now.
