EDITOR – Now that the development in Currie Road has been given the attention and verdict which pleased everybody living in Berea,will somebody please do something about the other “monstrosity” namely Excelsior Court in Ridge Road.
This building is getting bad to worse. It's a health hazard as well as the most dilapidated building in this area.
I can't understand why the city is not attending to this building.
I think a lawsuit is the only solution as that seems to be the only way for us to get things in order in this country.
