Faith in human nature restored

A Berea resident is pleased with the service received from Oxford Bluff.

EDITOR – On Friday 25 September, I shopped at Oxford at the Bluff. It was the month end and the shop was extremely active.

At 7.56am, I passed through the till counter. It was only on Saturday morning that I realised that one purchase was missing and that I had left it on the counter.

At 9.45am I phoned and “with tongue in cheek” explained the situation to the lady who answered the call. She said she would phone back.

To my surprise she phoned back within three or four minutes and said that the “left” item (bird seed) had been handed in and that I could collect it from security, which I did on 28 September.

My faith has been restored in “human nature” – well done Oxford and the staff.
