Search on for owner of wedding ring

A man is looking for the owner of a ring which was found at the Durban beachfront.

EDITOR – A few days ago I found a man’s wedding band on Durban’s beachfront. It has a man’s name Tom and his wife’s name Lyn and their wedding date in 1960 (month and date withheld) engraved on it. I’m assuming he gave this ring to his son as on the other side of the ring is another’s man’s name, Brent and his wife’s name Peggy, engraved along with their wedding date in 1991 (month and date withheld).

It has no surnames and is an old style ring, 18ct. I would like to track the owner down and return it but have absolutely no idea how I would do this.
My contact number is 082 462 2916.
