Another shopper to avoid Musgrave

Musgrave Centre management has responded, but has not taken into account the inconvenience of having a ticket validated.

EDITOR – I absolutely agree with the reader, Justin, about not shopping at Musgrave Centre, and I too will shop elsewhere.

Mariam from Musgrave Centre management has responded, but has not taken into account that if a shopper has a trolley load of shopping and is parked on the fourth floor, the shopper has to take the lift with the trolley to the floor of the information counter, have the ticket validated and get back into the lift to get to the fourth floor, with the trolley.

This is no easy task as most times, only one trolley lift is working and the information counter is at the total opposite end of the trolley lift.

Try doing this Mariam, and see how convenient it is for you too. And then imagine a senior citizen navigating all of this.
