EDITOR – On Tuesday, 16 May, I underwent a cataract operation at McCord’s Eye Clinic.
I had been “in the system” for 17 months, and had visited the clinic on numerous occasions for various tests, etc. The staff work under arduous conditions, but, at all times, remain the epitome of efficiency and professionalism.
We have all read or heard stories of occurrences at hospitals involving uncaring and callous staff. That type of person does not exist at McCords. We have all heard of some hospitals that are hell-holes. Well, McCords is certainly not one of them.
Well done, and thank you, to everyone at McCords.
And, in the words of Johnny Nash, I can see clearly, now!
