EDITOR – Not a day goes by without yet another increment of leaked emails. These emails together with the Bell Pottinger apology got me looking deeper for the connection to what was the bigger plot conspired by the immigrant family.
Historical theory says that if a group intends to conduct a coup de tat whether it be a soft coup or hard one the critical element in acting out the coup is to capture the media. Part of this conundrum is they have done just that except that they didn’t capture the media they created one – ANN7 and New Age. On watching the ANN7 news bulletins and the special reports and debates more skeptically one finds the level of bias exhibited by the anchor and the so called political analysts.
The debates are so well crafted and so cleverly presented that it would be hard to decipher the facts from the alternative facts. The common denominator in all these debates was to push the Bell Pottinger narrative that was devised to sow division between the race groups in SA and create a race-based smokescreen to distract attention from the Guptas.
This labyrinth created to provide an intricate and tangled arrangement with front companies are being unpacked through the crafty work of our brilliant journalists. The labyrinth can be likened to a vortex that has sucked up all who had the same weakness for easy cash and the leaked emails have identified, inter alia, ministers, senior government officials, foreign companies viz. McKinsey, Software developer, SAP and Greenblo, the ANC Youth League, Black First Land First, the De-Colonization Movement, some so-called Professors, the MK Veterans Association, the President’s family and many political analysts.
What’s extremely alarming is that Bell Pottinger were paid R5.5 million for a weekend session to “help” prepare a speech for the President of the ANC Youth League and to “help” the ANC’s MK Veterans Association in it’s Anti-White Campaign. Bell Pottinger’s apology has confirmed what journalists have been saying for some time and now that the leaked emails have become available it evidenced the systemic extent of the conspiracy to loot. This looting was done with impunity. In many countries they would be tried for treason. All this led to the SACP describing the Gupta family as “parasitic bourgeoisie” and for the Deputy President saying that “we can’t sit as house burns”.
The unsung hero, who opened a can of worms, is Julius Malema, who was the very first politician to accuse the President and the ANC of being co-conspirators of state capture and having colluded with the Guptas. But as the days go by we will surely be amazed at what transpired right under our noses and in retrospect one would imagine that the Nkandla debacle was strategically created to be the red herring, which I believe achieved its purpose, because the country was so consumed and distracted by the R300million spent on the Nkandla upgrades, while billions were siphoned off by the conspirators.
I believe that the bell has rung for the coup plotters.
