EDITOR – It is not often that I am inspired to write about great service but the team at Costa Glass Works (Jess Costa, Bongani Philips and Maxwell Luthuli) tick all the boxes when it comes to outstanding service.
Jess, on the admin side of the business, was prompt, very helpful and highly efficient.
Bongani and Maxwell had the challenging task of replacing three windows in a multi-storey block of flats. Both men were very professional, highly skilled and courteous – an asset to their company!
It is indeed reassuring to know that superb customer service still exists – I highly recommend Costa Glass Works.
