Porties win softball B League

PORT Natal U13 softball team won the U13 Softball B League. The team went through the season losing only one game. There were two leagues for this age group: an A League (schools that had played before) and a B League (schools that were novices to the game). Porties U13 girls finished first in the B League. In the semi-final play offs Port Natal played the 2nd team in the A league and won. KwaZulu-Natal schools’ prizegiving will take place on 1 November at Glenwood High School where the U13 girls will receive 1st place certificates.

Stacey Swanepoel was named the Most Improved Player while Jodi-Ann Morris was awarded the Best Player and also received her KZN colours for softball.
