Glenwood notch up another T20 victory

Glenwood bowled out Kloof for 37 in a T20 clash at Kloof.

GLENWOOD High sealed a quick victoy in a T20 clash against Kloof High recently. Kloof were sent in to bat on their home ground and didn’t managedto stabilize their innings. Two early runouts gave the home side a terrible start but it was the pace of Matthew Kirkham (4/6) and spin of James Henry (3/9) that dismantled the home side who were quickly bowled out for 37.

Glenwood didn’t feel any pressure despite the approaching storm and smashed their way to 38/1 in four overs. The only wicket falling was that of Jordan Grobbelaar who hit a quick 18 before falling just 2 runs short of the target. Glenwood will next see action against Kearsney which promises to be a thriller of T20 schoolboy cricket.
