Ringball matches for Durban
Ringball South Africa presents exhibition matches in Durban on Saturday.
UNDER the auspices of Ringball SA, The KZN Ringball Federation will host the playing of exhibition games by 34 national teams at Hoy Park on Saturday 30 August.
The event will start at 8am with matches being played throughout the day until 5pm.
Previously known as Korfbal, Ringball is an internationally recognised family sport that is very entertaining for spectators.
The public is encouraged to come and watch the action on the recently re-furbished municipal courts at Hoye Park which is also the home of the local eThekwini Ringball Club.
There will be variety of food stalls, a beer garden and even a jumping castle for the little ones.
Go watch the proudly South African national Ringball players of all ages (from U11 up to and including Masters) demonstrate their sport.
Parking for the public is available on site with the entrance in Somseu Road.
