Three in a row for title winners
Durban Speciality Chemicals won the Tony Jackson Sports Night tennis league.

DURBAN Speciality Chemicals successfully defended their Tony Jackson Sports Night League title held at Westridge Tennis Stadium on Monday night when they beat Chase in the final by three sets the one.
It is the third straight year DSC has won the title.
In the first set, one break of serve was good enough to give DSC the first set 6-4 when Waylon Ferrandi and Josh Chetty defeated the Chase pairing of Mark Mitchelle and Tom MacQuet 6-4. There was also only one break of serve in the 2nd set when Andrew Narramore and Kenton Parton beat Steve Eksteen and Jason Weir-Smith 6-3 to put DSC two sets to love up.
Narramore and Parton then played a flawless 3rd set when they over powered Mitchelle and MacQuet 6-0 to give DSC an unassailable three sets to love victory over Chase. The 4th set was a dead rubber, however it proved to be the best set of the match as Chase finally got on the score card when Eksteen and Weir-Smith defeated Farrandi and Chetty 8-6 after the 4th set went to a tie-breaker.
In other play-offs, last year's runners-up, Powerade, ended third when they beat Lynx Underwriting Managers 4-0. Fifth spot went to Gamma when they defeated Dunlop Sports 3-1. Tony Jackson Sports finished well when they beat Sica's Guest House 2-2(20-16).
Ahmed Asmal Professional Accountants ended their season on a high when they beat Space TV 3-1 to finish ninth overall while Jaizen picked up the wooden spoon when they were defeated 3-1by Scorpion.
