Glenwood waterpolo team too strong for College

Glenwood High School's waterpolo teams excelled in matches against Maritzburg College.

GLENWOOD High School dominated the first waterpolo match against Maritzburg College, winning the match 22-3.

The host team had no answer to the pace that Glenwood played at. That, added to their superior skills, saw Glenwood enjoy more attacking options. Fortunately for Maritzburg College the Glenwood shooters were slightly off target, resulting in 17 missed opportunities. Gabriel Stopford, playing his debut 1st team match, led the scoring with Dylan Cronjé, netting five times each.

Glenwood dominated the junior age groups, winning the U14A (15-10), U15A (20-0) and U16A (7-3) matches.
