DPHS swimmers end season

There was a fun end of season for DPHS swimmers.

HARD work has paid off for DPHS swimmers who have enjoyed much success at the KZN Coastal Aquatics galas.

Thanks to the depth of swimming talent, the school was able to enter four teams in the D and D galas.

The A team won the ‘A’ league gala for the 17th consecutive year and the B team entered the ‘B’ division and tied third. The C team came second in the ‘C’ division and the D team tied in first place in the ‘F’ division.

DPHS headmaster, Hank Pike, was especially delighted about the depth and level of participation. To end the successful season, the four teams were treated to a ‘victory swim’ followed by a celebratory cake and congratulations from the headmaster.
