Karate master visits Durban

Karate World Champion, master, Manabu Murakami, sports, SKISA Morningside dojo, Durban

TWO time karate World Champion and 7th degree black belt, Master Manabu Murakami, conducted karate training camps in South Africa last week.

The Karate legend taught at the SKISA Morningside dojo on Tuesday, 21 April. Master Murakami, who is the chief instructor of Shotokan Karate International Federation (SKIF) has visited South Africa every year for the past 15 years, conducting development karate workshops throughout South Africa.

Hanshi Sonny Pillay, president of Karate South Africa (KSA) and SKISA, congratulated Japanese Master Murakami on his 15th year anniversary visit to the country.
