Award-winning movie premiers in Durban
Irish movie producer brings his movie to Durban.
IRISH movie producer Donal O’Neill was in Durban for the premiere in KwaZulu-Natal of his award-winning movie “Cereal Killers” at the iZulu Theatre at Sibaya Casino and Entertainment World.
A big audience watched the screening and participated in a panel discussion that included O’Neill, Discovery SharkSmart director Dr Glen Hagemann, long-distance runners Bruce Fordyce and Shaun Mieklejohn and dietician from the Sharks Medical Centre dietician Lauren Kay.
This movie was recently named in the “Top 10 movies of 2013 that could change the world” by LifeChanges Network.
Cereal Killers tracks the health journey of Donal O’Neill, an Irishman with a strong family history of heart disease, which takes him to Cape Town, South Africa and a meeting with renowned sports scientist Professor Tim Noakes, a passionate advocate of low carb nutrition.
The movie also features the low carb journey of members of the Australian cricket team.
