Chefs cook off for Taste of Durban

GRANNY Mouse Country House and Spa’s head chef, Shaun Dampie,s will be showing off his culinary skills at the Taste of Durban 2014 for the first time.

Be sure to go through and meet the chef as he will be performing a chef demo on Friday, 25 July at 8.30pm, as well as participating in a chef’s cook off on Sunday, 27 July at 2pm. Watch him work his magic as each chef is given a mystery basket, 30 minutes to cook and plate a beautiful dish which will be judged by the audience on the day.
