Make your way to the SUNCOAST Amphitheatre for an exciting Open Air Salsa lesson on Saturday, 20 September.
Open to all age groups, from 3pm to 5pm. No experience or dance partner is required! Enjoy, experience, learn and dance! Get in on the groove.
BIERFEST
It’s Tops at Spar Bierfest time from 19 to 21 September! Get to SUNCOAST for the ultimate beer festival and experience exclusive South African brews. Indulge in traditional Bierfest delicacies whilst singing along to the merry Oompah band. Fistfuls of frothing bier complimented with mouth-watering Bavarian food, Tops at Spar Bierfest 2014 promises to be a blast!

TINMAN TRIATHLON
Get in on the action! Take part in the final leg of the fast paced, action packed TinMan Series. Swim, run and cycle along the Golden Mile on Sunday, 21 September, from 7am.
TinMan series caters for any level of athlete and promises to be an exceptional event. Spectators can come down to cheer the athletes.
BOKTOWN
Green and gold is the way to go at ABSA Boktown on 27 September. There’s something for everyone at ABSA Boktown, fantastic food, loads of prizes to be won and exciting kiddies activities. Show your support as the Boks take on Australia. Doors open at 3pm, kickoff is at 5pm, entry is free.
SUNDAY BEAT ENTERTAINMENT
Gather your friends and family and head down on 28 September for Sunday Beat! Enjoy listening to the soulful sounds of Durban born singer, Natalie Rungan. Natalie is set to perform live at the SUNCOAST Amphitheatre from 2pm to 4pm. Entry is free.
SUNFIT
Dates: Weekdays from 5.30pm and Saturdays from 7am. Join the FREE SUNfit exercise sessions! Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Corefit or Zumba are the way to go on weekdays or kick start your Saturday morning with a Kickboxing or Zumba session. SUNfit is inspired by fitness expert, Lisa Raleigh.
