The Big Bandana Bash Fashion Extravaganza will raise money for a good cause.
The Sunflower Fund’s Big Bandana Bash fashion extravaganza takes place on Thursday, 8 October at The Riverside Hotel & Conference Centre from 8am to 11am.
The aim of the event is to celebrate National Bandana Day, The Sunflower Fund’s biggest awareness and fundraising project. Four of SA’s top fashion designers Bianca Warren, Carol Clark, Karen Monk-Klijnstra and Kathrin Kidger will be showcasing a range of nine garments followed by an outfit designed out of this year’s Sunflower Bandana Fabric.
The sole purpose of The Sunflower Fund is to build the South African Bone Marrow Registry so that patients diagnosed with life-threatening blood disorders can find donor matches as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Tickets are available at R275 each which includes a Sunflower bandana, a goodie bag, two-course breakfast, lucky draw prizes, pop-up shops by the featured designers and a fashion show.
