A night of flavour, fun and fantasy
Locals enjoyed a magical night of interesting dining, local performers and prancing around exploring Durban's gorgeous Botanic Gardens in Wickedly Odd, The Night Garden experience.
WICKEDLY Odd, The Night Garden experience captured the imagination of locals when it opened at Durban's Botanic Gardens on Friday night.
The experience is not quite a show, a dinner or a party, but with elements of the three, makes a mystical and unusual Christmas dining and entertainment experience. One can slip behind the moss curtain of fantasy and immerse oneself in Durban's captivating world of botanical peculiarity, four metre flamingos, marvellous praying mantis, aerial acrobats, beetled barmen, feathered barmaids and cantankerous crows.
It certainly is a unique experience with a difference, whilst highlighting the city with an exciting night tour of the Botanic Gardens. Durban performers have also banded together in a magical evening like nothing Durban has seen before. It’s excessive, it’s outrageous, and it’s Wickedly Odd.
Wickedly Odd runs from 20 November until 6 December.
