Playhouse celebrates Easter
The Playhouse Company will host a special Easter concert next weekend.
ON Easter Sunday, 27 March, The Playhouse Company will present a special Easter concert to celebrate this most holy of Christian days.
Featuring the KZN Philharmonic, conducted by Naum Rousine, the Playhouse Chorale, the Clermont Choir and leading soloists, the Easter concert will include many favourite sacred pieces such as the gloriously stirring Hallelujah Chorus from Handel’s Messiah, Schubert’s Ave Maria, and Agnus Dei from Mozart’s Coronation Mass.
The Concert will feature South African opera stars Aubrey Lodewyk and Arline Jaftha, and gospel sensations Sifiso Ncwane and Hlengiwe Mhlaba.

Discounted parking is available at the Royal Hotel Parkade and at the Albany Grove Parkade.
The Playhouse coffee shop and the Playhouse bar will be open for light meals and drinks. Free Wi-Fi is available in the Playhouse foyer.
