Sounds for hounds
Enjoy good food and music at a fundraiser to support Pet Rescue.

A fundraising dinner in aid of Sounds for Hounds takes place on Sunday, 5 March at Butlers Restaurant, 24 Old Main Road, Hillcrest, from noon.
There will be a carvery dinner and live music by The Brunettes, Andrew Young and Chloe Clark’s band, Put a Swing on It, all in aid of Pet Rescue.

Each and every living creature deserves the right to be treated with love and respect, to have a warm place to sleep, and access to clean water, food and freedom. Life not spent on the end of a chain. This is the core motivation driving Pet Rescue, a volunteer group of people who dedicate every spare minute of their free time to care for animals.

These animals need shelter, food, medical treatment, networking, sterilization, innoculating, calming and loving care, and fostering and forever homes, a list that overburdens bigger and better-known organisations like the SPCA, where animals often end up being put down due to sheer lack of capacity.
Go along and support this good cause. Tickets are R290 and are available in advance or at the door. To book, contact 031 765 3850, 082 412 8069 or email: soundsforhounds@gmail.com.
