Dancing through the floods, Flatfoot Dance events continue

Many arts organisations are still putting on performances for the public despite the recent floods in KZN.

DESPITE being affected by the trauma of the floods, artists are continuing to perform where they can.

Flatfoot Dance expresses why they are pushing forward, “We have decided to continue.  Not only do we as a dance company need this catharsis of telling these stories with our bodies, but we hope that you too will find your way to remember the community that performance can offer.”

Moreover, artists and venues, who for two years have struggled to make an income, are only now beginning to perform again and should be encouraged and supported.
