Theo Kloppers, a Boksburg resident, needs his community’s support.
Kloppers was involved in a motorcycle crash on Rietforntein Road in early March. He was taken to the Union Netcare Hospital in Alberton to treat his injuries.
He has since been transferred to Netcare Rehabilitation Hospital in Auckland Park.
Kloppers (45) is the president of the Babaryaan Charter Crusaders Motorcycle Club. He is the CEO of Izinsiza Africa Group and also the chairperson of the NPO called Civilians Helping All In Need (Chain).
Under his management, the Babaryaan charter and Chain has helped feed 4 500 families during the Covid-19 pandemic. All of this while still being a father and a husband.
According to his business partner, Nadia Venter, the incident has put a major strain on his friends and family and they are trying to raise funds to pay his medical bills that are not covered by his medical aid as well as his monthly expenses for his family.
“This man is such an inspiration to everyone who knows him. He was entered into the SA heroes competition last year because of everything he does for people and communities,” added Venter.
