The Advertiser visited several schools on the first day of school, January 12, to capture the excitement of this big day in the children and parents’ lives.
Laerskool Westwood welcomed over 90 new Grade Ones this year.
According to Anelle Myburgh, head of marketing at Laerskool Westwood, there were no glitches on the first day.“Some of the Grade Ones and their parents were emotional, but everything went well.”
