#CaxtonCares: Support schoolgirls and donate pads this Women’s Month

Donate sanitary pads at Towers Pick n Pay this August.

Time is running out for residents, shoppers, and local businesses who want to make a difference in the lives of schoolgirls.

Boksburg Advertiser and Pick n Pay Towers’ Pad a Girl’s Future campaign, which helps combat period poverty, is accepting donations at the store in North Rand Road until August 31
The store has already contributed R10 000, but more support from the community is needed to ensure that every girl who needs help receives it.

This campaign is about making sure no girl misses school because she doesn’t have access to sanitary products. All donations of sanitary pads will go to girl learners at local schools, identified by ourselves in conjunction with community organisations and the principals.
We plan to make the handovers extra special for the girls. Be part of this meaningful project by popping a packet or three of sanitary pads into our Pad a Girl’s Future #CaxtonCares trolley in-store today!
