Jamaica Coca-Cola Wholesalers in Boksburg drew the winner for the annual car give-away competition, hosted by three local cash and carries.
Over a couple of months, customers of the three different wholesalers had opportunities to enter the competition by purchasing at least three of the selected promotional products or spend R750 or more.
Over 5 000 hopefuls submitted their entries to be the one to receive the key to a new Suzuki S-Presso.
Jamaica alone received about 2 500 entries.
A local spaza shop owner, Samson Makhafola, emerged as the lucky winner after spending about R2 000 at the store.
Jamaica Wholesalers co-owner Marco de Agrela thanked their customers and particularly shop operators for their continued support.
