Robbers strike at homes in Atlasville, Beyers Park
Nobody was injuried in the house robberies.

Two house robberies were recently reported to the Boksburg North SAPS.
In one incident, three robbers made off with items worth R80 000 in a house robbery in Kakelaar Street, Atlasville, on January 19.
According to Boksburg North SAPS spokesperson, Sergeant Justice Ramaube, the incident happened at 10:40.
Three men, one of whom was armed, in a white double-cab GWM, parked in front of the gate pretending to be a garden service.
“The domestic worker tried to phone her employer, but he was in a meeting. When the employer returned the call, the robbers were already inside the house where they held the woman at gunpoint and tied up her hands,” said Ramaube.
The robbers stole two TVs, a laptop, a sound system, jewellery, perfume and wine.
In the second incident, three suspects fled with a cellphone and jewellery to the value of R30 000 in Libertas Street, Beyers Park, on January 20.
Ramaube said two men accosted a woman in her study.
“They dragged her to the main bedroom and ransacked the room. The woman’s daughter heard her mother calling for help and untied her,” he said.
A security door and wooden door at the front of the house had been forced open.
