Prefects show a heart of gold for Boksburg’s elderly

The prefects wanted to show that future leaders need to serve their community.

Laerskool Goudrand’s prefects recently visited the elderly at Andries Scribante Haven in Boksburg North.

They arrived with cups filled with treats and books to show their appreciation to our seniors and make them feel special.

The leadership team felt it important to convey that true leaders serve and don’t expect to be served.

The initiative was met with grateful smiles from the residents and the prefects were proud to make a difference in their community.
