How long have you been a member? Since January 2017
Skill level? 5 Star Masters
Where was the image taken? Bokkie Park, Boksburg
What inspired the image? My frequent visits to the Bokkie Park inspired this image. I used a simple photograph of a goose to create a different interpretation of the image, using its reflection and subtle editing to produce a softer, artistic result.
What time of day was the image taken? Sometime in the morning.
Camera settings: ISO speed: 100, F-Stop: f/5.6, Exposure time: 1/2000 sec, Focal length: 271mm
Why do you enjoy being a member of the club? Joining the camera club has been a rewarding journey. It has helped me grow as a photographer, learn new skills and connect with people who enjoy photography as much as I do.
What do you enjoy most about photography and why? Being out in nature – whether it’s a local park, a nature reserve or somewhere new- there’s always something interesting to discover through the lens.
