WESSA to host meeting to establish Friends of the Bokkie Park and Libradene Vlei

All parties interested in the welfare of the Bokkie Park and spruit are welcome to attend.

Members of the WESSA (Wildlife and Environment Society of SA) Boksburg branch will meet on October 17 to establish a Friends of the Bokkie Park and Libradene Vlei project team.

According to Talfryn Harris of WESSA, the organisation is already a registered NPO with PBO status, financial oversight, and governance, which helps projects like this gain traction and make a difference where needed.

The meeting will take place in the Girl Guide hall, Southvale Road, Parkdene, at 10:30.

Anyone interested in the Bokkie Park and wetland is welcome to attend.

RSVP to Talfryn at 079 906 6197.
