Thousands of learners across SA descended on their respective schools to collect their results for the National Senior Certificate exams yesterday (January 13), so this publication visited several Boksburg schools to capture the joy, relief and celebrations.

The Department of Basic Education released the results on Monday evening. Learners could access their marks via online platforms, selected media outlets and at schools from midnight.
Public schools were filled with cheers, tears of joy, hugs, and selfies when learners and their parents reacted to the results after a long and anxious wait.

The good performers received widespread congratulations from schools, parents and government officials.
