WATER USE LICENCE APPLICATION FOR BLUEWAXBILL TRADING (PTY) LTD – BLUEWAXBILL PIGGERY Notice is hereby given for an Integrated water use licence application (WULA) in terms of Section 40 of the National Water Act, (Act 36 of 1998) which has been lodged with the Department of Water and Sanitation by the Bluewaxbill Trading (Pty) Ltd – Bluewaxbill Piggery.
The application aims to authorize the abstraction of water from three boreholes for pig production. The site will also contain a conservancy tank for domestic waste disposal. The proposed project is located on Remaining extent of portion 7, (Portion of portion 2) Rietfontein 504 IR, Balfour area, Mpumalanga Province.
