SAPS appreciates community’s help
The Brakpan Police Station management has commended the public for their contribution in bringing criminals to book.

Capt Joep Joubert, spokesperson for the Brakpan Police Station commander, told the Herald that residents have played a big role in reducing crime levels and helping police to identify criminals.
“By reporting suspicious activities and people to us, residents have made a big difference in the fight against crime,” he said.
“We urge people to continue doing this and to help us.”
Joubert told the Herald that several drug dealers were recently brought to book after the station received a letter by post, containing valuable information about their activities.
He reminded residents that information is always treated confidentially.
Suspicious activities and people can be reported to Joubert on 011 744 4940.
